Don't try to make an appointment here if you work in Healthcare. They won't let you in for the duration of the pandemic if you occasionally care for COVID+ patients- no matter how carefully you follow all precautions, get screened and tested routinely, and have zero symptoms or exposures. I never thought I'd be turned away for being a nurse. What an awful feeling. My foster child will have his first account opened somewhere else.

Every other time I've had to contact LOC it has been great and I've had very kind people help me. Today however, a woman answered the phone and kept cutting me off and was VERY rude. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but you should always treat your customers with care. Instead of trying to help me figure out my problem, she was being very inconsiderate and told me there was nothing she could do. This was all in about two minutes of a phone call and she was no help.
