Short story long - My car journey started 2 months ago with multiple car lots in my hometown, and countless hours scouring the internet and chasing dissapointing Craigslist Ads. Reluctantly I kept searching and came across Lou Glutz Motors online and inquired about an SUV. I spoke with Michael and that's when my luck changed for the better.. He knew this potential sale might not workout for him because I live 150 miles away, but he kept it real and remained super helpful even when I discussed maybe purchasing elsewhere. Two weeks went by and I did find another car locally and let him know. His response was "I respect your process and hope if it's the right car, that everything works out for you" If that's not a rare quality, then what is!? The next day I went to finalize everything and the seller backed out on our verbal agreements that he'd register the expired plates and more, he even put fake pictures of the interior in his listing a real Shyster. At that point I took my money and ran to Eugene, because I knew Michael was nothing like that and had already gained my confidence as a person and trust as an HONEST professional! The owner Anthony who is also a super cool guy held the vehicle while I made travel arrangements, when I arrived the test drive went great. I never felt pressure to buy and took my time with it, the expierence was top notch. The only minor thing I noticed was the vehicle was missing a small push button to the fan speed down cosmetic only and without skipping a beat Michael said "I can get that" and purchased me one out of his pocket! That was it for me, I could tell I found one of the best salesmen in Oregon, that'll do what he can to take care of any of my future needs or concerns. Because of him I now have that reliable 2nd vehicle that I needed to take my daughters camping in with plenty of storage and comfort, a real family car to fill with good memories! Because it was more then just a car to me and he realized that, thanks again Michael!

I had a wonderful experience as a first time buyer at this lot. It being my first time, I had a small amount of input on what I wanted but didn't know how to find the car for me. Michael was incredibly helpful and extremely patient in helping to walk me through the process and in what seemed like no time, he helped me to get approved and helped me to find the right vehicle for me.
