My boyfriend applied and was looking for a loan as soon as possible to buy a car. We already had a loan with them which was paid off so I thought to get another one would be easy and a quick process. My boyfriend spoke with two ladies in the office and gave all his information and went over everything. She said she would call him back and would try to get a good loan option set up. We called after he sent over some paper work but the lady was helping someone else and told us to call back. We called back again and she transferred us to the lady that was handling his loan and she said she was still working on it that she'd call us. We waited all day and no one called us. They knew we were in a hurry and couldn't even give us a yes or no. Still to this day no one ever called my boyfriend back but we ended up managing another way. To be long term customers and being treated like that was very rude and unprofessional. I will never be back to get a loan with them we will go elsewhere!
