| Kevin Harkness | AVOID AT ALL COSTS I opened a HELOC with this institution as they advised me it was a NO FEE financial product. I never used the loan, and after many years I decided to close the account. Upon asking to close it, I was told I would not be charged a fee. Then, when I did close it, low and behold there is a 200 fee. They admitted they lied, but said too bad. This came straight out of the VP of Lendings mouth. They are liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. |

She told me she would submit it and call that day. She also said that we dont know if this person got my information so it will probably be denied. She then took my debit card and shredded it. She was extremely rude and awful about the whole situation. . I NEVER got a call from her and now I have hope I dont have any unauthorized transactions AGAIN. Her working there makes me want to switch credit unions. Worse customer service I have ever had! |

I have a loan through them and standard accounts and being new to the adult world I have found University Credit Union to be nothing but absolutely SPECTACULAR i have written two reviews for this branch purely for the fact that I love and appreciate the fact they care and really do reach out to provide the utmost WONDERFUL customer service experience. I spoke with Erin today i was late on my loan going through a personal crisis never-less Erin was 100 attentive to my needs to get my account current and efficient in solving my problem in record time. got my account back from collections and saved me a lot of stress i didn't even need my card to do the payment with the credit union he just heard what i needed and fixed it. of course making sure i was me i.e. going over some security questions THANK YOU ERIN, you really made my day and I feel even more secure in my decision to bank with this credit union. That boy deserves a raise! |
