Monroe County Community Credit Union in Monroe, Michigan

I'm extremely frustrated with the branch On telegraph. I literally came through the drive through last week and ask if the lobby was open and the lady said yes, you must wear a mask. I come today to cash in my loose coins and the drive through is all that is open. Here I am leaving on a trip and I can't even cash my coins in. They should of told me that the lobby is not open on Saturday. Some people can't go to the bank during the week. Thank you Monroe Community Credit Union for giving me false info.

Needed to get money out of my account...drive thru only open so I get in line in the “blue fast track” lane and say there for over a half hour and I needed to leave to get to work because it took way to long and I couldn't even get out because the way the drive thru is set up and so many cars waiting as well

No one answered the phone on Saturday the 24th of October. The robo answers to leave a message due to high call volumes and someone will call back. After waiting over an hour with no call back and since the MCCCU website clearly indicated the Branch on Telegraph Rd in Monroe was open I decided to load my coins up to head in to use the coin counting machine only to find out on arrival the lobby was in fact CLOSED! But no worries as the drive through was open. And it was 4 lanes with 4 to 6 cars waiting in line luckily I brought my lunch. Been waiting now 10+ minutes with very little movement......ugh! I hope they can let me in to use the coin counter or that I can send it through the drive tube, but not likely. Pretty sure I just wasted 2 hours of my Saturday afternoon!

Tellers are friendly and helpful. I can always get services I need and with a smile no matter what kind of day they may be having. I appreciate the way the tellers are and how they can get past the hardest of customers.

The people are helpful and polite.

I decided to go to this branch instead of the one on telegraph. HUGE MISTAKE. When I pulled forward after my transaction I noticed my ID was never sent back so I drove back around to get it young teller was EXTREMELY rude to me and told me she would have to contact the call center before returning my ID. Two days later I called up there to see if I could come get my ID, they had no record of having it & they refused to look back on the camera to see if one of their staff had take it. I'm sure this branch won't be open much longer.
