alex delta | So this company sends me a pre approval just so they can then tell me we still need your social to run your credit. Then does not call me back nor do they answer the phone. Completely and total scam. They just want to take your credit information and abuse it. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! |
Tala Te Apoyo | The staff were very friendly but at the end of the day I got ripped off. I had an auto loan with a balance of 9,965.34 at 14 percent interest rate left on my autoloan. After I refinanced it with NALN, My auto loan balanced increased to 11,297.76 and my interest rate only dropped to 9. The loan officer/broker added some insurance package that was 1,000 that was never verbally mentioned. it was my fault for not thoroughly reading the contract but you would think that they would at least break everything down to you for doing business with them. They made it seem like the interest rate they gave me was great. I didn't know much about credit at the time and now realize I could have got a much better offer than that. |
