Lakisha Collard | I would give this Bank zero stars but that is not an option me and my husband went to cash a check there the other day and because me and my husband are black and we don't look like we have 100,000 in the bank they treated us like we were second-class citizens while I was reading paperwork that they were saying that we had to fill out their worker Ryan snatch the paper out of my hand and when I told him he was just like oh well sorry like he didn't even mean it.. This was the worst customer service that could have ever been provided and no employee should ever treat anybody like client or guest to the establishment. I came in as a customer I should have been treated like a customer, and the supervisor that was on staff there stood supervising this employee disrespect us and then play like she was super helpful at the end and she really was not I was considering banking with this bank but because of the horrible customer service I would not recommend my worst enemy open a bank account with them. The worst part to this whole ordeal is that me and my husband went to another one of your bank branches first the rep called and spoke with Ryan personally and when we told him we heard everything him and the previous rep spoke about he lied to our faces while getting an attitude. Worst banking experience with a bank I was considering banking with. |
