I had a terrible experience with Amber. I tried explaining to her that one of my vehicles was not showing up on the MVD website. I tried asking her if this was something common. She didn't understand that you could go to azmvdnow.gov to get info on your vehicles. She has a terrible attitude and interrupted me to say "what are you trying to ask" I responded woe never mind let's just process my duplicate title. I also said "rude for no reason" which didn't bother her at all because she was being intentionally rude. When the supervisor came over to explain the changes in the MVD and why I am not seeing my vehicle in the system she was completely unaware and when i mentioned that i was trying to explain it to her that's when she turned red. I should have said more to the manager but i was already frustrated and he was super nice and professional. I didn't get my problem solved but at least the supervisor pointed me in the right direction.

Lorrissa is very rude .. I came in to cash a check and loaded my card .. kinda blew my questions off .. cut me off multiple times .. just very unprofessional if you ask me .. kinda felt like she wasn't trying to hear what I had to say ..still ended up not getting a answer and left 35 cents short .. it's only 35 cents but if they do that every time it add up and in all honesty it's not about the 35 cents it was just a rude experience for me .... crazy part is I go there most the time no one else I Dealt with there on previous visit came off as rude as her .. she didn't even say hello to me when I walked up.. vibes was all bad.. look like she was a supervisor lead by example ..

I've come here various times and have used both of their money services and Motor vehicle services. Their money services for the most part are fast and efficient. That being said, I would not recommend their Motor vehicle services. In addition to being slightly over priced, they are usually understaffed in the department, and the usual worker there isn't the most efficient person. Which causes long lines and wait times for a simple transaction. Would recommend for money services but would recommend another 3rd party for motor vehicle services.

I had the best experience with the over night girl Betty. She is so professional and nice and gets the job done. I had multiple things I needed done and was afraid that it would take me awhile, But she did everything fast and the correct way the first time. She was so friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. I definitely will be coming back and recommend coming to Betty for all my future services.

These guys are awesome! I have a bank account, but its no fun waiting on a check hold lol! Gloria helped me, she explained all my choices, and she found me the best deal to drop my fee to the lowest rate available in town. She even double-checked with her manager to be sure! I was pretty impressed! She made it super easy and fast! I love this location, everyone knows their job and they all have a great personality. I would definitely recommend them!
