Fred Garth | I recently moved to the area and was in search of a local bank. I found this branch location and I am so glad that I did. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. They accommodated my banking needs and had me on my way in short order. I highly recommend this bank. |
9s1v7 | I recently had to go into a branch due to my online account being locked, I believe due to my using a VPN that makes it appear I'm logging in from Canada. The national bank was not able to verify my identity because email was not a verification method and they couldn't text me since I was talking to them on VOIP. Shannon Nelson, Personal Banker, at this branch was extremely friendly and helpful. After physically verifying my identity she removed a block, added a voice password to use next time this happened and called me later saying she removed another block that was on my address. I've been able to login fine since. I imagine a change in my home ip is a good way to detect fraudulent attempts to spoof me but more of us are using VPN's nowadays and I wish NSBank can come up w/ a good way to allow this. Thanks, Fred |
Dakota Mason | We called earlier for info and they were nice. Maybe I'll give them my business. |
