had no issues with the bank up until now with this recent weather I had no way to travel to get all the way to a branch due to me moving and branches are further away now. Anyway a bill attempted to draft out my acct because i have it on automatic and my acct did not have the balance to cover so I was charged and it left a negative in my account and soon as I seen it I had to get someone to cash app me in order to transfer money in the acct to cover the negative literally within mins and I assumed that the bank had paid the bill and charged me a small fee because it was literally only 29 but they didn't because the next day the bill tried to come out my acct again and guess what I was charged another 31. I never had any issue like this before so its very annoying that they couldn't help in some way especially how everyone has been affected by the pandemic.

A big shout goes to the Metairie Call Center. Jessica, Racquelle, Shika, Josh and Melanie. No matter when you call or who you speak with, they treat you like are the most important person. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need. I have experience with another CU whose call center employees make you feel like you're the biggest pain. Never have I had that experience at NOFFCU. Can't say enough good things about NOFFCU. They treat you like family and that's the biggest plus.
