I just bought a new Jeep Compass here and traded in my old BMW. This is my first Jeep and I absolutely love it! But more than that I had the best experience buying this car during our pandemic. I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive two cars and when I arrived they were ready waiting and warmed up. I worked with Kevin the owner and Charlie who answered all my tech questions. Once I test drove and decided which car I wanted, Kevin and I came up with the amount of loan and trade in. He said go have lunch and I'll get back with you. 45 mins later he texted with my options for loan terms. I picked the one that was best for me and he said great, come by at 4 and I'll have everything ready. I arrived at 4 and all the paperwork was ready for signing and Charlie guided me through all the details on the car functions and before you know it I was driving home to celebrate. This was the nicest group of people and the experience was so smooth I couldn't believe I was buying a car that I really wanted and getting the terms that were best for me. I'd give this dealership and the staff 10 stars if I could! They go above and beyond and made the whole process not like other dealers I had gone to in the days before. They now have a new repeat client!!
