Avoid this place if at all possible. They have offered to defer payments due to Coronavirus and then did not. I am up to date on payments and they continue to call 2-3 times per day. They will call after 8pm on Saturdays.

Applied for a small signature loan 2000, the loan processor got me approved, then the MGR came and whispered in her ear, I have great hearing, that he personally was going to decline it even though the system approved me. The poor lady who got me approved, looked embarrassed. What a way to treat disabled VETERANS,,not nice at all.

This was a great experience for me. They were fast and handled my loan as if I was the only one on the planet with perfect credit Which I do not...lol!! The staff is outstanding and I look forward to continued business and future potential business.

I have nothing but good to say about this place. They were very pleasant but very professional. The loan terms were clearly explained and when I went to pay the loan off early, they were very helpful. Go see Terrie and she'll help you get it done!!

Unfortanatly after what I thought had beed a very succeful buisness relationship. Today I was let down and flat out lied to. I was told I was eligble to refinance my loan and recieve at minimul 1500. I asked 4 times if they were sure. I even asked if it would require colateral I was told 100 absolutley not! But jokes on me now I have a hard hit against my credit for a wopping 100. Thats right a mere fraction of what I was literally promised. All I got was oh I am sorry. The worst experiance I have ever had with customer service in any indusrty. So beware people they are nice to get you in then lie to you just to try to make a couple bucks. I Will never again seek services from this buisness. I also caution anyone who is thinking about it.
