These people, OneMain Financial, needs to be investigated! Their rates are outrageous. If you happen to fall behind with your payment, they will harass you like to the point of a nervous breakdown . They'll call you all the time, they will overnight letters harassing you and lots of mail! Find another way to do a loan!! DON'T go to ONEMAIN FINANCIAL!!

I had applied for a loan from one main to refinance another loan from InstaLoan. Ryan is the one who had approved me up to 5000 told me that all I needed was full coverage insurance and we could go ahead and finish the process. I leave to go and purchase full coverage insurance which was about two hundred and something and when I return back to OneMain. Mr. Ryan decided to deny me and I was not able to get a loan and I had used my loan payment for InstaLoan for the full coverage insurance. Now I am not able to pay my loan with InstaLoan because of Ryan lying to me about me being proved. I am a single mother with three children who works full-time. Ryan is the reason why I am losing my Jeep now and I think he should be losing his job. I would never recommend this place because all they do is lie to you

We were off to a rocky start bec their office was so busy and my job we could not seem to get in touch with our loan officer but thank god we kept persistent Liz and Jared gave the best customer service in any finance place we've ever experienced. They greeted us with a smile and gave us an even better loan option initially . They even work with you in regards to rescheduling payments if necessary . Thank you guys we will give you 10 if we could.

Worst loan ever. Predatory leading. Don't forget to ask about origination fees on top of your loan. Interest is larger than your monthly principle. Be warned. Paid off. My last statement says they rendered more to me thus failing to disclose the origination fee. I think it's illegal.

I received a call from onemain financial about an inquiry I made online in regards to a personal loan. The member I spoke to was rude and added atleast 10 additional documents he wanted me to provide before being approved when originally it was only 2. Aside from that the moment I told them I would no longer be moving forward with a loan and would like a letter of withdrawal they ceased email communication. They only would call me and tell me that it was being made and I would receive in a couple of days. Sadly it has been two weeks and no letter was ever delivered. There interest rates are much higher then other companies and due to the neglectful and rude service I will not ever bank or do financing with this company. Avoid if you can.

Horrible loan company. Should not be in business. Plz stop sending your garbage to my mail & email. No one wants a 5,000 loan that takes 3,500 in interest lmao

The process couldn't have been simpler. I refinanced a loan to get more cash, it took less than a day from when I called to get the amount deposited into my checking account.

This place seems to be making money off selling your info.... Take a look, phone calls just in the last 48 hours from their affiliates... Not worth the interest rates or harrasment from it's third party's. All the numbers you see will be calling and texting you once you apply
