Preston Ford Sales in Burton, Ohio

Preston Ford is an excellent car dealership. I bought a used 2018 Ford F150 from Francisco who was a great help. He didn't pressure me or use any car salesman selling tactics when I was looking at the vehicle. It was a better atmosphere than other dealerships I had been too. It is in a small town and you get a small town feel when you are at this dealership. Would definitely purchase from Preston Ford again.

I HATE buying cars and dread walking into dealerships and feeling worked over when I leave. This WAS not the case at all at Preston. Curt Riddle is an extremely knowledgeable sales pro and is clearly supported by several top notch individuals. Darrell the sales Manager was great. Dan Flack the Finance Manager was unbelievable to work with, and Pat Preston even came out to say hi and check on the experience. I would suggest Preston to anybody...ask for Curt!!!

I bought a Dodge Durango from Bruce at Preston a couple years back. He's very pleasant to work with. I also purchased the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. 2 years 3 months and 37k miles later, the engine lifter bearing went bad causing an annoying tick. I brought it back up there extremely frustrated cause I was just out of warranty. The guys at Preston were very understanding, and what would be a thousand dollar repair, was compromised with a 200 dollar charge. Which is extremely fair and appreciated. That's the kind of business I want to do. Business is a two way street. Buyer and seller. Other businesses need to take notes. Preston Ford secured a life long customer by compromising and doing the right thing by taking care of me. See you in the near future guys
