OK I want to give the manager Teresa Trujillo five stars because let me tell you if it wasn't for this girl I went and got my car back she worked with me she was so professional and amazing and come to find out I was actually praising a couple of employees that are amazing to me and have always been very kind to me and they work under her go figure you know it comes down hill it starts with management and rolls down and like I told her now I know why those employees were so amazing and professional with me and I'll be honest yes I have had some people who have been very very rude to me very nasty treating me like they're a collection agency. But I could see her and write a story at the end of the day I just wanted to really give a shout out to this team of employees because without them who knows if I would even have the vehicle anymore you know you get to a point of your pushed and pushed and pushed and treated so wrongly that you don't wanna deal with it anymore so because of them it has made the experience not as bad LOL so again thank you guys so much and I hope that you guys are definitely recognized

I don't even know how to describe what just happened, I had a man call me back saying my application was denied. He went through the whole process again with me and found the err as of why, he is the most amazing person I have ever spoken with there. Hats off to Bob Smith Chicago Bob. I don't know if you can request a certain person but I am going to try to get him every time I call. He is so friendly, funny, accurate, and quick. He is an ideal amazing person.

They funded my new car Today is November 16, 2020. I had a payment due November 13, 2020. I have received no letter in the mail on how to make a payment the phone number I get is a automated system in which it does not say my social is in the system nor is my phone number. So there's absolutely no way for me to actually make a payment on my vehicle. No one has reached out to me there's no way for me to talk to anyone and the dealership just keeps giving me the number to an automated system. So at this point I am three days late on a car payment that I have no way of paying. So if anyone from regional acceptance read this my name is Emily Garcia please call me. So I can pay my car.
