I worked with the assistant manager Chris. He was very well spoken and kept me fully informed about all aspects of my visit. We were in a bind and this place was down the road from us. My advice? RUN and run fast. We took out a loan for 1630.00 that was what we received on July 24,2020. On September 3,2020 I wanted to pay this loan off. They told us our balance was now 1880! INSANITY. Hidden fees, predatory lenders, misleading business practices. You want a “second chance lender” go to Heights Finance. Much better. Customer service here is awful as well. They put my phone number in my social security number and made it sound like it was my issue and my fault and made me go back home and dig out my social security card. The loan process was ridiculous, took forever and felt like we were buying a car and the loan officer kept leaving the room. They also call you and text you multiple times BEFORE your loan is due leaving messages about a “personal business matter” like you are some loser that doesn't pay your bills. I paid this off today still took a long time with some issue they had and I asked for a copy of what I signed and she said she couldn't give it to me. I'm certain we weren't given a copy when we got the loan because I can't find it anywhere she told me it would “be mailed in 2 weeks” like they can't give me a copy of what I signed. Shady place! RUN AWAY! I learned my lesson!
