We send checks to central processing and they either don't get deposited and we get sent to their collections dept or they deposit the check a month after it was written! This becomes a duplicate which is just lovely, because we have taken the time to drive to the lousy branch open only Mon-Fri btw and hand them another check before the due date. Also can't pay HELOC bill online like I can w/regions mortgage since my reg banking is with Wells Fargo thank god!. It's a real despicable operation and I'd advise anyone to stick with a national bank. Stay away from regionals. |
