Rogue Credit Union in Grants Pass, Oregon

My family has been banking with Rogue ever since Home Valley Bank closed many years ago. We've had both business and personal accounts here, and always been treated well. Rogue has little to no fees with their accounts, and occasionally even gives us a member dividend. Special thanks to Emily, Audra and Brian - they are great!

Been a member at Rogue Fedral Credit Union since 2009 and ten years later in 2019 with a credit score of 707 and several loans paid off through them and in good standing good paying full time job me and my wife who has also been a member and good credit got turned down a auto loan. Loyalty with this bank and they didnt show loyalty to me us as a customer.

Great service

Had a very negative experience at Rogue credit union today. I tried to cash one of my clients checks that were written from this Bank and they refuse to cash it. 20. They tried to contact the lady who wrote the check and she was out of her office.. they made me leave the bank! I was polite I did not raise my voice. I asked to speak to the manager. They would not let me. Is the first time I have ever tried to cash a check there. The problem was that I did not have an account there. That shouldn't matter since the check was written from this Bank. So I did stand outside for 15 minutes and talked everyone that went inside the bank and people were genuinely concerned and talk with me. I do not like the policies of Rogue Credit Union and would offer some good advice to find another bank that is friendlier and will actually cash personal checks from its members and account holders. Thank you. Later that day the lady called the bank to verify her signature and they were not able to comply. My client drove over to my house and paid me in cash and I gave her the check her bank would not cash. She said they were of no help.

Had the worst experience with this bank in years. Going through the drive thru I asked to have my check cashed and auto loan paid as usual. So the cashier Andrea a manager I was informed of... Asked how I wanted my bills large please I replied to get my envelope and card home to discover she didn't pay the auto loan. I drove down again paid and asked a different teller for the manager. The transaction which takes minutes was stalled and my card held while I talked to a manager letting her know the situation. And I was met with complete disregard and no accountability for the mistake. I explained I have to drive here after work and am now making a second trip costing me. Well you could pay online was the answer and "we'll try and pay more attention". Bizarre today in the drive thru I guess you need to yell because speaking clear and concise didn't work for me... Good luck and no I wasn't wearing a mask in my vehicle while talking.

I love my bank. They are always helpful and caring. I wish they had 24 hour banking. I am happy with the service.

I have been a member for over a decade, they have decent rates on auto loans and C.C. But I recently had my credit card limit raised and my interest rate when up even though my credit was better than the initial set up, hmmm... I was told they have new rates now? But seems like the original terms should be honored since this wasn't a new card. Slow at times, but the app is good and i'm content staying here for now.

All of the emplyees there are all very polite and professional.
