Santander website was giving me trouble with check ordering/not syncing with the deluxe website. Planned to figure it out myself later. Went into this santander branch for a money order in the meantime, and had a lovely exoerience. On top of quick service, the kind clerk offered to order my checks for me. She was a em, wish I could remember her name. Simple service, efficient and kind. Thank you!

I was in the market to purchase a new home. The reason I choose this bank was because I already had an account for Banking with them. Their banking is fine but my disappointment comes with trying to secure a home loan with their banker Imba. Imba lacks in customer service. She never ever called me to let me know what was happing with the loan. Not a single call. I waited 8 weeks... 16 weeks... 24 weeks and not a call. I had to keep calling her to get answers and when she did answer she told me it was complicated. She promised to call me back to update me but she never called. I finally choose to look somewhere else. Glad I did because I will be closing on a property with in 30 days. DON'T GO HERE. You will lose the house you are interested in if you choose to use Imba because she never gets back to you for weeks. Horrible service.
