I used to really like the non-hassle of everything this CU offers but customer service really, REALLY needs to be addressed. Whenever I call, the person answering seems to always have a bad attitude and any questions asked are always responded with a "how dare you" response. At one point, it seemed as if she was going to yell at me because I asked if there was a way to do things over the phone given the current pandemic. She responded as if in disbelief that I can't come in or for even suggesting it. That's not a very accommodating attitude at all given the circumstances. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. It seems, unfortunately, that people who work here seem to be miserable as their customer service reflects exactly that attitude. Other than that, I greatly appreciate online services because I avoid dealing with those who work there.

I've been a member since 1990 and have always received professional service. And, greeted with a hello every time I walk through the door. Keep up the good work!

This place is ridiculous. They are slow, unprofessional, and unkind. They need professional development courses. Without our money they wouldn't have a job!!!
