Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union in Reno, Nevada

Sierra Pacific FCU is by far THE BEST bank we've ever used. The staff always goes above and beyond. And, they know your name when you walk through the door, you aren't just a series of numbers to them. They've helped us buy 3 new vehicles, and we're planning on refinancing our home through them so we aren't at the mercy of a big faceless bank in the future. We will NEVER use another bank!

All of the people are excellent and helpful with anything with my accounts. I will personally keep going to this location.

Been a member for years and have always had a great relationship with all the staff. Everyone has always been willing to help wether I come to them with normal transactions, or things that are rushed and/or out of the normal scope of requests. Never had a time that they couldn't help me in my banking needs.

Have you ever been to a bank that doesn't take your money?? Things used to be ok. But I've had issues with this credit union for awhile now, and all I want to do is bank with LITERALLY anyone else. Someone that will actually bank for me! I'm positive they hate me because I'm turned away with disrespect. It's not pleasant to be discriminated against. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
