| R Shackleford | I'm really disappointed in this branch. It used to be very good. The people were friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked a question, and got three different answers. I knew what the answer was already. I had asked anyway. The answer I got was a no, a you have to come in to do it, and yes. The yes was the answer I already knew...for certain. The teller was not a very cheery person. Quite snooty in my opinion. This branch is a shadow of its former self. The branch downtown is way nicer, and much friendlier staff. This particular trip was the most difficult, and inconvenient I've ever had. I doubt I will be using this branch except for the ATM. Just save your time, and effort. Go to a more pleasant branch where you are treated kindly, and that makes you feel valued. This trip honestly made me consider closing my account. |
