Can't express how unprofessional this bank is, customer service at its worst. This bank is only for itself not you, do not invest in this Bank your money is better in your own pocket than handing it over to these con artists. This bank was a complete joke and I will be closing my accounts asap and finding a bank who values my fortunes and isn't there to take advantage or allow fraud to go on and can't stop it, nice WATCHDOG! What's wrong? Were you sleeping? JOKE! Everybody, please watch your money, SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION doesn't!

my husband wanted a personal loan and they said no ,he has a substantial amount of money in sccu we have excellent credit. So he went to another bank it took them 45 min and he got the money. They did the same thing to my brother, in the next 2 years I will be banking somewhere else and taking my retirement money with me.seems like they have a problem with giving Black people personal loan

My husband and I have been banking with SCCU since I moved to the area in 2002. Their customer service and honest rates on loans are much to boast about. We even had our son open an account when he was 13. Now he is managing a checking and a saving on his own. We've never had an issue and will continue to bank with them for the rest of our lives.

I can't speak on personal accounts but businesses looking for an account steer clear! I cannot stress enough how many problems our business has had with this institution between deposits taking forever to clear, to changes we made mysteriously being reversed or not made, to fraud occurring on our card.... For example just to make a change to the account holder I asked in the drive through, we were told we would need to come back and go inside with the primary account holder. Went inside and was told they can't help us inside that's something that has to happen over the phone. Call the number given to us and they tel us they can't help us we need to go in branch. Then after getting a supervisor to assist our new card is sent out with the wrong name previous primary name and after months of doing business I'm told I'm not the primary account holder but the other person is who we specifically told them we wanted that person removed off the account. Just wow. Talk about an unorganized institution. Do not bank here, unless you want your account compromised, never clear answers, and nothing but problems.

I love this branch! All the tellers are so nice and everyone is so helpful! I have a bank account with another bank but SCCU is my main go to account only because of this branch!

This location is awesome but always very busy especially on Saturdays so with that being said they should consider opening the lobby on the weekend because the drive thru line is to damn long waited over in hour not good.

What a great staff. I actually enjoy going to see them. When they were closed, I hated going to the Port Malabar branch. Drive thru or walk in, HATED it. This Branch is the BEST ever.

Been with this bank now for several years after relocating back to brevard. During this Covid they claim to offer help by offering the hero auto loan or refinancing for first responders. I currently have an existing loan with them for 2 years now. Never a late payment or issue with my accounts. My credit score met the requirements for the loan but my debt to income ratio was to high. Due to student loans and they actually are counting utilities that have also never been late because I used Experian boost and they said utilities would boost credit score. I do have students loans and all are current. So I am confused you would rather act as crooks and charge me higher interest rates cause I have proven faithful in paying my bills but consider me a risk for a lower interest rate which would make the payments lower for me so if someone can pay you well over 400 bucks a month for 2 years and my debt to income ration has been the same for 15 mths of the loan due to homeownership now. Do you not think I would pay 367.00. You are just crooks in my eyes now. So much for honoring your heroes.
