St Henry Bank in St Henry, Ohio

I have banked at the St Henry Bank my entire life and have been impressed with the customer service here. The employees are always willing to help and the bank does a nice job in giving back to the community. They do not have all the fancy stuff like some of the big banks, but they more than make up for that in ease to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with banking needs from the area.

Very unsatisfied with the hours and the snooty girls. Also unsatisfied with them telling me that I cannot cash my work check unless I have the amount my check is worth, in my account already. The reasoning for why i cannot cash a work check has changed 3 times also....i do not recommend St. Henry Bank.

I have dealt with St. Henry Bank for work and always felt I was treated nicely. The woman at the front desk who answers phones, Sarah, has been super helpful every time I've called!

The workers are very kind and bright, and they know what they're doing! I'm happy to be a regular here.

Don't ever get any type of loan from this place. My buddy just had his vehicle repossessed because he is late 18 days. He was due on the 8th of July and they picked it up this morning. On top of that, when he called to see why they did it, he was patch through to 4 different people who had no idea why it was repossessed. The last person on the phone told him they would call him back by the end of the day to see what the deal was, but no one called. St. Henry Bank is by far the worst bank in Mercer County, Ohio and I'm also basing that on personal experiences I've had with them myself. Customer No Service!
