Hello, my name is Juan Mateo. On January 7, 2021, I bought a SUV at Starling Buick GMC and Chevrolet in Saint Cloud, FL. The day I bought the SUV, I went with my sister who was visiting and who I can use as a witness, I was assisted by Mr. Fred Trinidad Sales Consultant this man was very kind, friendly and charismatic. I went there to buy a vehicle when I told him that I want the All-Weather liners for both the trunk and the front parts of the SUV, I asked him about them because I was going to buy them, he stated that I did not had to worry because when I bought the SUV, they were going to give me some points which could be exchanged for an oil change or for accessories and that would be free. Taking his word for it, I forget about the carpets, I went through the Finance process. All excellent I was attended by Mr. Sammy Suleiman who was very professional, answered all my questions, and treated me super well. Then we went to the parking lot, we transferred all the belongings from my previous vehicle to the SUV. When my sister told me that the SUV had a few dents and scratches, I told Mr. Fred about the situation, he took photos and told me that this was not going to be a problem, that it would be fixed, that you only had to consult an appointment. Which he scheduled for the following Saturday, January 9, 2021. I canceled this appointment because I had a sister and nephews on vacation and in celebration of my birthday. He told me that the person who fixes the scratches and dents is only there from Monday to Friday from 12 to 3 pm, but that he was going to see if he could next Saturday 01/16/2021. The day before Friday, January 15, I sent him a message to confirm, then he told me that it would not be possible that day because the specialist would not be at the dealership and he told me that he was going to call me to confirm next week that it would be 01/23, on 01/22 I called him to follow up, he replied that he spoke with the specialist who fixes dents and scratches and that the boy could meet with me somewhere to fix it. "Very unprofessional as far as I'm concerned, he gave me the impression that this could be fixed in a parking lot as if it were to patch a pool." At that time, I told him that he was a liar and that he lied to me about the carpets because I called MyChevyRewards and the representative told me that the points available in the account are equivalent to a discount of 5.00. Which he told me via text message that this is what the clients were telling him which is not true. Annoyed with him, I told him to contact his supervisor, to which he replied that he had no supervisor. So, I asked him to communicate with someone above him. That same day a Spanish-speaking person called me who identified himself as Angelo who told me that he was going to call me during the week to schedule an appointment for next Saturday 01/30 and I told him what happened with Mr. Fred the lie. During the week I tried to contact this individual at the number from which they had called me and no one answered. I called the dealer constantly to communicate with Angelo, the receptionist sent me to his extension and he did not answer, I left him a voice message. Annoyed by these events, I went to the dealership to speak with Angelo on Saturday February 6, 2021 my birthday was February 3, I had to cancel plans for that weekend to fix this in person I spent it at the dealership I requested to speak to Mr. Angelo Minichiello, Mr. Glenn Bean went to look for him when he spoke to Angelo, we went to Mr. Sammy Suleiman's office.

Greeted in a friendly manner upon arrival. Did not have available stock in the GMC Acadia model but showed us a Buick Enclave, a comparable model. The car was to our liking and we were able to negotiate an acceptable price. The dealership was clean, attractive and the representatives knowledgeable and friendly.
