The North Port location has a manager that is clueless, tried to use this location but was unable to when we were skipped over after we were told to wait in our car. Others walked right in and were taken care of. all the manager would say “what do you want me to do”....and no offer to assist other then it would be another 30 to 45 minute wait. I Reached out to member services and filed a complaint to be escalated to the VP. After this situation I was ready to close all of my accounts....but we went to the Pt Charlotte branch and were treated as we should have been. I would give the Pt Charlotte branch and member services 5 plus stars. I will never go to the North Port location again. I have been in customer service over 30 years and never treated anyone with a little respect as the North Port branch manager. |
