Older lady that assisted me got upset when I told her that I would rather have a new one than wait for one. I was then charged 10 for a card which is normal I understand, but after I went to activate my card it said that the account did not exist. This was the day before I left so I pretty much left with a card that didn't work and I called the following day turns out they never even activated my card. Flash forward to now I noticed that I never got my replacement card for the temporary card, I then go to the McPherson Branch and ask them what the reasoning was. The branch at McPherson then told me that Great Bend had never even put an order for my card. Not sure how someone can mess up that many times, if it wasn't for the McPherson Branch I would have switched banks. |
