Best bank in south Florida. Personable employees willing to go the extra mile for you. B.o.A, Wells Fargo etcetera have nothing on this branch or I happen to feel that smaller is better. If you're interested in feeding the conglomerate machine, have at it. I appreciate the places where you feel comfortable. Employees know your name. As well as representing a family atmosphere. Along with sound banking advice. I would give 5 stars. But that represents perfection. 4 & 1/2 is as high as I permit. As no-one or no place is perfect.

This is a joke! How this Bank retains their client base. Their service is so terrible! Phone customer service are so horrible. To do a small task here....you wait wait wait They really don't care

Still having lobbies closed at this time into COVID is a cop out. Suntrust is not servicing their clients. And only having the drive thru open 9-4 is also very poor service. I am a business owner and client of Suntrust for over 20 years. To have to take off work to get banking done is not acceptable! But I couldn't even get the cash i needed because there were 8 people waiting in their cars for the 2 tellers and the ATM and i had to get back to work. Not everything can be done virtually. Suntrust needs to figure it out or they will be left behind.

Nick, the Branch Manager has been very helpful to our family and my elderly father. He always feels like he is going to meet his buddy when he does his banking. Unfortunately the rest of the larger corporation was not fun to deal with and gave us a lot of conflicting information. We were so fortunate to have Nick smooth out the rough spots for us.

Got too the bank at 5:40 and the doors are locked seriously!!!!
