Booray Perry | Whenever i have had to interact with the people at this branch it has been great. They generally seem to want to help you even when they can't for some reason. : |
john Lamb | The level of customer service in the Trinity location of this bank is OUTSTANDING. I will never look for another bank, Sharon is the absolute best. |
Rick M | After reading the reviews, I was very optimistic about opening an account and using this bank for all my personal banking needs. From the beginning, it has been a pretty lackluster experience. Opening the account took almost an hour due to computer issues, which I understand can happen to anyone. However, entering the wrong information and having to do it a second time is just a clear sign that you are either new at your job or you're inept. Another frustrating event involves the banks policy on new accounts and the holding period for new checks to clear. It has been my experience that many banks place a 10 day hold on checks at times, although most will release the funds in advance of that time period. Synovus however placed a 19 day hold on funds. I can not for the life of me figure out why a bank can not clear funds faster than that, especially given all of the banking technology we have at our disposal these days. I am pretty certain that when i write a check, it drafts from my account immediately and transfers to the payee's account within a day or so. Lastly, when my debit card arrived, the name was incorrect - again, a very basic error that should never have happened. Overall this bank lacks a lot of fundamentals that I would want and expect at any bank i plan on doing business with. |
