Timberland Bank in Elma, Washington

I came today for the second time because at 1:30 on Friday the licensing gal was still at lunch. I came again today and They all wander in 12 min late from lunch while customers are waiting outside. They supposedly didn't receive a fax from the previous week despite a fax confirmation. Had it re-sent. It took them 30 min to do one title change and ran me out of time. I'll come back a 3rd time!! To Handle my vehicle registration. This place obviously has some lazy management.

This location. Other branches have been good. The worst customer service I have ever encountered from tellers for a bank or credit union. Not a smile, just the bare minimum verbage. I get the third degree whenever I deposited any checks even though I had the money to convert in my account. This has been pretty consistent over the last ten years. Occasionally someone will be pleasant but its few and far between. Finally closed my account after banking with this organization for 30 years.

Branch manager is very prompt and professional.
