Timberline Sports in Marenisco, Michigan

Mark, Kara and the rest of the team at Timberline made buying this as easy as possible. I have been to dealerships that make buying something fun really hard. Why would you ever want to have that? A call to Mark when I wanted to place the order for my Defender was turned into a comprehensive series of questions about how I plan to use the machine and my goals with it, lead to the accessories I 'needed'. This allowed me to understand the final cost and Marks team could have them all installed when I got to the dealership. I had a extremely detailed and comprehensive walk around the machine where I reviewed in-depth knowledge of how to maintain the Defender, how to warm it up properly, service intervals, suspension adjustments for different loads, and discussions of accessories I 'missed' , other features I had no idea about. I recommend the Timberline team whenever possible because they are so detailed and deliver the best experience when buying a toy. This is no different than any other purchase I have made with Timberline. Each time is "white glove" treatment. Thank you team!!

I have rated this 3 stars due to its an average dealership. Nothing bad about this place, but I never give a 5 star cause there is always room for improvement for all businesses. 4 star means I would have had something extremely over achieving happen, which did not. I would definitely come back to this store.

Mark and the staff went above and beyond to help me solve a problem with my Skidoo. Their effort saved my trip without them I'd have been sitting at the hotel. I'd highly recommend them for any snowmobile or UTV needs you have. My next new sled will be from Timberline.
