Lashay was actually amazing. I came in so late and she so willingly took me in for a loan. And she's pretty darn sweet too! She's a really good manager and definitely earned my business and respect.

Mrs Leah Hicks was the most sweetest, nicest, professional individual I've ever worked with. She made me feel comfortable and worry free about my decision to take out a loan. Her customer service and responsiveness was excellent! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

My experience at this location was far beyond amazing. From the time I called the location the store manager Leah was so nice, polite and professional. She has superb customer service! After calling so many title loan places I decided to drive 45 mins away from my town to this location. The reason I decided was because of her amazing customer service. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Upon making my way there I was detoured and running late. She waited for me and welcome me with a big smile, so politely and understanding. Before I arrived she said please don't rush, I will wait for you. That was so amazing and thoughtful.She had amazing customer service. Most places would close doors and told me that I would have to come back, but she did not she waited. She gave me so much knowledge about the title loan she walked me step-by-step and it is a way that I can understand. I could go on and on about her amazing customer service, but I don't think I have enough room for that. I really had a good experience with this location. I recommend any and everyone to come to that location and ask for Leah. I guarantee that she will give you such an amazing experience. I was not knowledgeable about title loans until she educated me. And the process was rather quick! She got me in and out. She is so personable and such an amazing manager. The knowledge that she has and the fact that she answered all of my millions of questions was phenomenal. Once I pay off my loan I will only go to title max and this location. Thank you Leah.
