Today is February 18 2021. Kennett Missouri had a terrible snowstorm with about 8 inches or more in places. I am completely snowed in. My internet was out for a couple days so I could not use their app to pay. I usually pay cash in their office .My payment was due on February 15, just a couple days ago.. I am not late on my payments normally as their records show. I called their offices that were closed on the day of and after my due date, due to this very storm. They themselves could not be at work in the office to take my payment or my call. They gave me NO RESPONSE. Now today I call since they are back in the office and the girl says they will penalize me and charge late fees despite this unavoidable circumstance. My internet is restored now but I am still snowed in, but I will of course make my payment by the app now. They will not waive any late charge even in catastrophic circumstance. So much for customer appreciation Title Max! I had other options to use besides this place and so now I will encourage anyone else that's looking for a quick small loan to use another business.
