Tower Loan in Ballwin, Missouri

I was offered a loan via mail and I cashed out on the loan. Before my 1st payment they offered to let me refinance the loan and get another loan with a promotion they had going on. I did it and they were very helpful and professional. The only thing I didn't like is when I called just to let them know I was gonna be late the lady that answered the phone took it upon herself to see if I can refinance again. She would not let me tell her that wasn't my reason for calling. The loan manager got on the phone and I had to tell her all I wanted to do was let yall know I was gonna be late on a payment. She was cool and noted the account.

I used to think that they were really nice people..and most of the people that work there are.They hired a new assistant manager recently and she has absolutely no people skills.She was horribly rude,kept calling me babe in a sarcastic wayafter I asked her not to.She was very disrespectful.

I give tower loan a 4 because they helped me out when I was having a hard time in life. Now, the hard times kept coming and I fell behind on payments... Even though they did call daily and leave messages to get me to pay rightly so, it was my debt they were kind to me and worked with me. They didn't make me feel like a loser like others had In the past. I'm thankful for that! I'm still trying to get caught up but I'm thankful for the non judgmental office they are! Thank you!
