Killian Grayson | Great staff, and friendly people. They make sure your account is safe and secure, they go above and beyond to make sure you know your account is in the green. Their bankers are very welcoming and reassuring. They help you find solutions to your problems, and if they can't, they will direct or find you someone who can. |
Iovanna Salinas | I have been a member of the bank for many years. Sadly, my experience at the south branch was unpleasant. The teller who assisted me didn't even have her name tag. Thought she knew it all. Still like the bank as a whole but bad experience at this particular branch. Most tellers are rude and not pleasant. |
Richie Rauscher | Literally the worst bank I've dealt with in the wake of the Camp Fire. For a community bank to be so unhelpful during a crisis is mind-blowing. Not only did they put unnecessary holds on funds, they were unwilling to make simple concessions, like raising the daily spending limit when I needed to purchase thousands of dollars worth of new home items. Wells Fargo, despite having a bad reputation before this, was wonderful and went out of their way to be understanding and helpful. Tri Counties had endless hoops to jump through. I'll be finding a new bank once this crisis is in the rearview. |
