Joel Pomerleau | I've had horrible service here calling in multiple times! I'm switching banks I live up here now and never had trouble with US Bank but this branch is bad and I need better service for my business account. Every time I call I feel like I'm bothering them and give me terrible answers. I'll take my business else where. |
Leif Teigland | I called to see if I could get a check verified to make sure it wasn't fraudulent before putting it into my account. I was told over the phone that US Bank does not verify checks. If the rep on the phone would've asked some more questions she may have gotten more info about a possible fraudulent US Bank check that was circulating. Called the 1-800 number, spent some time on hold but was finally able to verify it. Not impressed with the service in the branch. |
Joe Parrish | Been a happy customer of US bank for years. A month ago I stopped at the drive thru to make a 10k withdrawl, and they told me I couldn't do that without advanced notice. Ok I kind of get that. They have to have enough cash on hand. It's probably standard operating procedure and I didn't know it. I called the elk river office and they answered their phone had no problems giving me the money. Ok fast forward to today. I called the Monticello branch to ask about making another large withdrawal and was told I by an automated system that they are not taking calls and may have reduced hours with no notification of what the hours are. Covid... Ok, I get it, but how am I supposed to arrange to withdraw money when they don't answer the phone, and won't take a message from me. I'm suppose to haul my 4 kids in the car with me for 30 min just to ask them if I can have some of MY money only to be turned away like last time and have to make the trip again later? And that's assuming the tellers at the drive up can even make those arrangements for me. Unreal! Maybe it's time to find a local bank. |
