| Darla Goss | Michelle is very rude abrupt and not a good customer service person in any way. Spoke to her on the phone and she was so quick to get our business done she hung up on me while I was to ask another question. I've used is bank since 1997 and am now going to be closing acct and elsewhere. I've never been treated so horribly by company before. Us bank has always been kind and helpful but this woman acted like I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. If she doesnt want to be "bothered" by people then she shouldn't be in a people serving place of business. Customers call because they need help with a banking matter and they should be able to expect a respectful individual to help them thru the process. I wont be going back to this branch ever again. Thank you US Bank for finally pushing me to switch banks. I've defended you for years but now I have no reason to defend you any longer. Good luck keeping customers with employees like Michelle "helping" them. |
