U.S. Bank Branch in Sussex, Wisconsin

Today I had a big mix up with mobile pay/ bill payment/ checking issues accidentally made a double payment incurred some fees , upon calling the Sussex branch -Alex was super helpful, courteous and efficient. I thought this issue was gonna take all day to sort, multiple phone calls I was dreading it! within 5min Alex took my info , called me back had it all sorted -all my questions answered and my accounts fixed! Now I can enjoy my Friday stress free!

I have been banking with US Bank for over 10 years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I need to go into the lobby and transactions through the drive thru have always been pleasant. When I was looking into a car loan, I was given honest opinions on how to proceed to best suit my finances and future. US Bank may have strict guidelines for some banking situations, but I know they are protecting my money for me. I love the mobile app and deposit checks with no problems and no fees as another customer mentioned he had. If you have a banking question or concern, this branch will always do its best to help resolve it in a timely manner. And if you ever lose or misplace your debit card, they can get you a temporary replacement right away! Awesome job Sussex branch! Keep up the great work!

My father recently passed and left me his proceeds from his IRA. I never knew he set up this IRA at all. He set the IRA up when I was married and was unaware or forgot that I never changed my surname when I was married from my maiden name. Moving forward, when i tried to obtain the funds from US Bank and move it to my banking institution they gave me such grief. I gave them all of the information required birth certificate divorce degree, drivers license everything. The bank decided that i don't have enough information to process the funds. this has been an on-going battle with the bank.
