Derp Y-Derp | It's small and can be tedious to operate from a location like this, but they're the only staff I've dealt with that doesn't actively try to scalp you on every transaction. |
Jacob Belter | Recieved numerous emails my debit card was "at my local post office" a month ago which also stated "my card should arrive in 2 days" so i waited a full week patiently, no card in the mail. So i go to this my local post office as stillman is a small town and we only have 1 post office office and just ask if my mail could still be there and showed the lady my emails to which she literally just read my own email to me and said it should come soon. So i wait 2 more weeks and still no card. So i went in again this is almost a full month after my card should have arrived in 2 days so i go back in and just ask the lady to look up my address and see if its there for me. I know that sounds difficult typing in someones address but i figured id ask anyways. She did not even attempt to look up my address and instead told me "when we get the mail we send it out". Now mind you according to my emails from the company it had arrived at the post office 3 weeks prior. Never in my life have i run into such a lazy unhelpful person unless you count amazon customer service. Its pathetic when someone cant even type an address into a computer to check something and instead dances around your questions without actually doing anything at all. What do post office workers even do if typing something in to help a customer is too much to ask? |
Brandon Schwengels | It's really annoying that every time I call this place I'm told I have to be put on hold for an hour!! The automated system here sucks. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. |
