Appointment was made based off their hybrid technician, I came in on Monday to get the vehicle looked over, they stated the tech was off for the week. Awesome, lets shoot for a day next week. Great time has been scheduled. My appointment arrives, I leave work early, drive there. Get to the desk and they are checking me in, you're here for your appointment? Yep, sorry the hybrid tech isn't here, he took the day off. I stated Oh, but I had scheduled this appointment a week ago. His answer sorry we didn't make it to calling you. GREAT Service. Scheduled another appointment we'll see how that goes. Didn't offer hey we'll cover this diagnostic for you since we obviously can't manage our people, now I have to waste time and money again to arrive and see what happens. |
