Joshua Brevell | Brent was extremely helpful during our call. Would recommend to anyone looking for credit help. |
gmazbaby10 | I will begin with my part in this situation. I knew the owners from a past contract they had with a previous employer of mine. I only knew the educational side of their business and not the credit. During that time of working for the educational company, I wasn't allowed to receive credit business from them due to specifics in my job entail with my previous employer. But due to personal reasons I left the job in Jan 2019. Fast forward to the beginning of early 2020, I reached out to veterans credit repair to help with my credit. Because of personal testimonies I've heard from clients he worked with when he contracted with that employer. But due to life hitting me hard with health issues&FINANCIAL restrictions. I forgot to respond to an email they sent. I had so many questions, but all this communication was done through email unless I called them. It was just too much to be going back and forth through emails and messenger for a credit consultation. A Few months go by where I'm finally getting things at home in order so I reached out again. Brent discussed his past hesitant with me and I discussed my situation and we moved past it, and he told me his wife would contact me. During this 2nd time of over the phone business there must've been some legal issue with my past employer, who at that time I no longer worked for, for almost a year. He asked me questions with my involvement with them&I stated i have nothing to do with that, I'm here for business. But kept explaining more of their legal information with the past employer to me. Eventually, the convo ended with I would be contacted by phone to go over my consultation. And to also sign up and get registered for the credit monitoring which is about 30 a month. When I didn't hear a call back I sent an email on what I needed to do next, understanding that everyone's life can be hectic or busy. I got a response back after I reached out by email by Mrs.brent a free days later. Then it starts with the communication just through email again. I eventually get back to them not even a week later with the info they requested. Months go by and I'm thinking my credit is being worked on due to me receiving solution letters&the easy process that it took to delete an account off my credit report. I called and left a message first then proceeded to send an email. No response for weeks, so I called again just last week to get a check in. Instead of being professional he immediately started accusing me of no contact. I told him that I'm looking at the emails&phone records of when I spoke and replied. He proceeded to tell me well he's not in his office&he would get his wife to contact me regarding the issue. I respected them enough to send my issues to them first before writing an review&once again no response. I have phone records, every e-mail&messenger message that was communicated, timestamps&length of calls of when I called or if they called me which they never did, I even have testimonies from current and previous clients of his. One of them had a similar experience as I did and they effectively communicated with them still and worked on their credit. If no business wanted to be done with me, I would of took my business somewhere else. It's his business he had a right to decline to work with me. But instead made me feel we're moving forward. I came to this company just for business&I see that personal feelings are being brought into my transaction because of our similar history with the past employer. Even when he tried to get me fired by the previous employer multiple times, by spreading lies. It got bad to where I told my boss to put a recorder on my phone&his story would be different from what he discussed with me and said to them. But I still put my personal feelings aside because of the reviews&testimonies they received and still reached out to try to conduct business. So it's my fault for thinking it could be just business. |
