I had an awesome experience with Rachel Pio. I didn't have a great experience with the other reps I spoke to over the past week, while attempting to getting an issue resolved.Once I spoke with Rachel, she assured me she would resolve my issue.I was a little skeptical since I heard the same thing last week, but she really did deliver.She called me back and let me know my issue was resolved. She kept her word and gave me a call back. I am so appreciative for her effort as getting my issue resolve. This is some of the best customer obsession I've ever witnessed. Thanks so much Rachel for really having an impact on my day and helping me out.

Radica, a VyStar Credit employee/specialist, was very accomodating & professional when I came in to open a savings account it was at closing time. She was very friendly & knowable. She did not rush me out when it was after hours. I was very impressed with Vystar & I will recommend Vystar to my friends & family - great service !

I love two hours away from this branch location, but do alot of work in the area of wildwood.The staff is very friendly and always fast service. I came in on a Friday to get some papers notarized and a deposit done and left my wallet there The staff is very friendly and always fast service. The employee of Vystar Rachel went above and beyond to get my wallet back to me before I headed back to Jacksonville. The bank was closed by then but she brought me my wallet to me.
