Though the online banking does work when you are able to access the software, getting to the "Forgot Password" is like falling off a cliff with no bottom. Customer support people are wonderful, kind and willing to help, but the software and the provider leave a lot to be desired. For my business, Wasatch Peaks is not a good choice about 80 people lots of online business AR/AP. Again the people are great but there is only so much that a kind person on the phone can do. . . . and asking a business person to come into the branch to look into it defeats the reason for online banking! |
