Big Deal | My parents have been banking there for 20 years. Also great service. |
Robert Quick | I just left his branch. I discovered a problem when I realized an employee had made a mistake on my account which caused me to have fees deducted and created a double payment on a loan which I could not afford. The manager admitted the mistake but that's where the moment turned sour. Although he admitted his employee's mistake caused me to be charged fess, I was advised it was not his responsibility to see if was refunded the money. Wells Fargo took money from another institution I use after I ordered the automatic withdraw stopped and now I face paying almost 400 to fix the mistake. I have lost all respect for this bank. Take my advise, use a credit union. |
