Stay far away!! I've been banking here for the past 7 years. The last 2 have been horrible. I now live out of state and only use them for my car loan. Since I have left Wisconsin they have had their automatic withdrawal that transfers money to my loan mess up multiple times. Where it would take out money 3-4 times a week for multiple weeks. When it does that it would overdraft my account. Then they would charge me a overdraft fee. When I checked my account and brought it to their attention they said they couldn't reverse it and to be happy I'm so far ahead on payments. Since I only use this account for my loan I wasn't checking it frequently. I didn't notice for a month they said they wouldn't refund me all the overdraft fees because I need to pay closer attention to my account. I then totaled my car and they would make up lies about things my insurance said when I had proof in emails after I would quote what the insurance said they would then argue and change the story. I'm extremely happy my loan is done so I never have to use them again.

Extremely poor customer service. I had gotten an overdraft notice in the mail and quickly resolved the issue with the original bill in which it was never suppose to have been drawn from the account at this bank to begin with. Talked to a manager at this local branch and they said they cannot reverse the fees but then later stated that it can be reversed with a written document. I've never dealt with a bank that cant reverse the fees right away if the situation was understandable which this definitely was. Very disappointed and I'm relieved I switched main banks years ago.

This would be a great place to open up an account, but you have to apply for a debit card. This is the first time I ever heard of it.
