My husband and I moved out here about 4 years ago..not knowing where would be a good place to go get our taxes done. After a few phone calls around.. Mexico World Finance was the last call we had to make. We had spoken to Melissa on the phone and she was even more wonderful in person. And I can confidently say on behalf of my husband and I that we will never go anywhere or to any one else besides Melissa Shoemaker. We moved 45 minutes away and even if it was further then that we would still make the drive. The other employees here are also so wonderful and incredibly friendly too. And you can tell their customers walk out happy and enjoy being there. Getting taxes done isn't always the most enjoyable process but they make getting them done so stress free and quick and they really will and do go above and beyond for their customers. We walk in and they remember us, we pick up on conversations from last year, and they ask about things we had talked about!! We've seen them remember other customers. It's a great feeling to know the girls there are genuine and aren't just asking generic questions. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And they take pride in what they do. By the length of my review I think it's pretty clear that I cannot say enough wonderful things about this particular World Finance and the special ladies that make it the way it is. Four years later and we will never trust anyone else or place to get our taxes done. I can genuinely promise that making the decision to go here will be a great one! Thank you so much Melissa for each year making tax season such a painless experience and can't wait to see you when it's time to come pick up and to see you guys again next year!! Keep up your amazing work!!!!

Amy and the other stuff in the office have gone above and beyond with helping me out by getting my loan approved and taking payments and keeping me up to date on when things are due and with everything that's going on with our current pandemic they have been polite, courteous, and professional and truthfully a complete lifesaver, not to mention I also get a positive mark on my credit report which helps me out a lot, so I send my heartfelt thanks to the World Finance Office in Mexico, Missouri.
