Zeal Credit Union in Livonia, Michigan

Been a member since the 80s when my mother opener an account for me as a kid and used to love them. However, their wait times for a call, text reply or interaction have just gotten beyond acceptable not just pandemic and they make it difficult to get increase to withdraw from atm in situations where we can't get to a co op. Also because it is a pandemic and we are supposed to be limiting human contact, it only makes sense to make it easier for temporary increase to safe withdraws

My Husband and I have our Mortgage, 2 saving accounts, a personnel loan that can be used if we want to use it & we had a vehicle loan with Zeal that we paid off too. Recently I stopped in to check on my IRA Retirement account at the Zeal Credit Union on Middlebelt Rd in Livonia. Bart was available and immediately helped me in navigating through some questions that I have regarding Direct deposits from my retirement account. He was very professional, kind and polite throughout our conversation. He offered to call another associate at another branch to help answer a question that he was not sure about. That person was not available so he left a message for her to call back. Rather than me waiting, he assured me that he would call me with the answer. Bart called a little while later with the answer and asked if their was anything else that he could do for me. He is truly an asset to Zeal customer service. No matter where he is working, he always has a smile and a Thank you!!
