Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Evansville, Indiana

I have never experienced this amount of rudeness from a Fifth Third in my entire life. Will not be going back .

Asked for my change to be in all 5 bills n had to send the tube back 3x. Got 20's then 10's n finally the 5's. Hello...listen the first time!

A fantastic bank! Though the names and faces have changed over the years, the constant has been their unparalleled customer service and professionalism.

Fees! Fees! Fees!

I have been going to this location for over 3 years now. All of the workers were always so nice and helpful until recently I guess they changed a lot of their teller staff over the last 6 months and the last 2 times I have went through the drive up the lady is just plain rude!! She doesn't say Thank you..nothing! I will be switching banks..asap

I can't believe that , I just walk in to that fifth third bank on 5344 Pearl Dr, Evansville, IN 47712 , and there's only one customer that a banker is serving , and there's a skinny a lady I forgot to ask her for her name that walk up to me asking me , how can she help me ? I told her I would like to open an account, she looked at me and a way and told me that , there's only one banker here and she's helping a customer , and to be clear guys there's only 2 of us as a customer in there which is I'm next after that customer, and that skinny lady told me , to go and come back Monday , that's what I get for being black . Thanks fifth and third bank.
