SunTrust in Lutz, Florida

This Bank deals with my business daily needs! They are fast, friendly and very convenient! Just recently change its hours. Closing at 4:00 pm daily but extends time on Friday. Since are availability is those crucial hours of 4-6pm; that takes 4 of our banking availability days out of the picture and leaves us with Friday. It is very convenient that they are open on saturdays so this helps greatly also. I love the staff and so true as one person wrote. Branch manager does not hesitate to jump in and clear the lobby out for the bank and does not make you feel it's a problem that he's doing it. Great branch manager! 5 stars all around but definitely make sure the hours work for you. If you only have a 4:00 pm and on availability? This might not be the bank for you. Hope this helps.....J

The staff there is always attentive, responsive ans polite. Not sure who wrote these reviews but maybe they should look into the mirror from time to time

I love this branch everyone is super nice and helpful, I literally go out of my way to go to this branch, they try to know you as a person and not just a number, or bank account. I really have no clue how other people are saying they are not friendly I NEVER have had that experience.

Been a customer for 10 years so I decided to take a friend to open an account and I decided to ask if they offered rewards for referring a friend and the manager made a big joke about it and gave me fake game money. I felt disrespected and as a manager he should've acted more PROFESSIONAL and treat customers the way he wants to be treated. I will be closing my account and go to a bank where I get treated with more respect. Grow up dude.

Gotta agree with Edwin. The branch manager was very rude to my son and I - I am fine with making an appointment but instead of repeating yourself, rolling your eyes and acting like I was a major inconvenience to you, offering to make me an appointment when I asked if I should wait or come back another day would have gone much better. Things escalated a bit again he was super rude and on the way out asked me if I could read the sign on the door - can I READ? Um, yes, I can and I can also take my high value account to another bank.
