This bank is rather inconveinient terrible proccesing times shotty at best app that might let you read your balance if it doesnt error overall your better off at maps or chase the hassle and lack of locations are not worth it

I have a loan for an Trailer. I purposely add a little to my payment every month to help pay it off sooner. a couple years ago I saw that they were adding the money to my savings instead. I called them and they fixed it. I just checked recently and they are doing it again. The first time I found this I asked if I would get the interest back I paid I was told no. Here we go again. I may have to refinance somewhere else.

I had a loan with the credit union that required them to hold the title to my vehicle. The vehicle broke down and is now only worth 350. In order to release the title, my grandma came in to cosign the loan with me that was talked up by Chad as being a good offer and almost the same interest rate. I went from owing 11 interest to 16 which cost me 100s, basically the value of the beaten up truck. I went from owing less than 3000 to owing over 3500.
